Good product, but a bit hard to install correctly When I plugged in for the first time, it installed successfully. I then plug my mouse use into it, and it worked. However, I cannot open my browser anymore by using Wifi(Win7 system). It showed Wifi connected, but indeed no connection. Then I unplugged the hub from the computer, the Internet worked immediately. I plugged in again, the Interenet was down again. Then I tried in Mac OS, and in other labtops with Win8, same issue happened.
I did searches online, and finally realized it might be the Enthernet driver issue. I downloaded the driver from the website, and it worked finally for me. There is no CD inside the pack, nor guide that I need to install a drive. So it's really hard to install correctly.
